Yoga Classes for Beginners and Improvers

My beginners classes start completely from scratch so no previous experience is needed. They are also suitable for those who are relatively new to Yoga.
I give plenty of explanation as we progress through each stage of learning. Each student works to their own ability and alternatives are given for those with a little more experience. They are suitable for all levels of fitness and you will be encouraged to progress at your own pace.
Each class includes a gentle warm-up, physical postures (asanas) and a relaxation. There is a theme for each class and various aspects of health are introduced each week.
Yoga means ‘union’ and regular practise helps the body and mind to work together in harmony. This encourages improved mobility and flexibility in the body and is a great antidote for anxiety and depression, often the result of our busy lifestyles.

The cost is £10 per class as a drop-in or £45 for 5 classes paid in advance. These do not need to be taken on consecutive weeks.
